Roosevelt students have the opportunity to participate in orchestra in sixth through eighth grade.
Ensembles
6th Grade Orchestra
Students in this class are in their first year of string playing. Students will learn the fundamentals of successful string playing technique in addition to basic music theory.
7th Grade Orchestra
Students in this class are in their second year of playing a string instrument and understand basic playing technique. In this class students start refining their technique and learn more complex skills to develop their string playing.
8th Grade Orchestra
Students in this class are in their third year of string playing and are learning more advanced string playing technique in preparation for entry into high school orchestra.

Student Concerts will take place in the evening on the following school days and are open for public attendance:
